I have never done a colon cleanse and don’t know what to expect?

The beauty of this product is that your life should not be altered in any way by doing this colon cleanse. You will take the powder stirred into a beverage twice per day and drink the Intestinal Tone and Activated Charcoal mixed together in a liquid of your choice in the morning. Then, these safe colon cleanse ingredients will go to work gently in your body. The instructions included with your kit will completely outline how to take each serving and what to expect and look for as the days progress.

How long do I have to take these products?

Every person’s body is different, but most people report seeing the results from the formulation within 10-14 days of taking the system faithfully. Depending on your overall health, you may take longer and you may take shorter. The important thing is to see the series of bowel movements mentioned in the instructions. Can I mix the Gentle Cleanse with the Intestinal Tone, or do I have to mix them separately?

It is easier to mix them together, but the need for extra fluids while cleansing makes it ideal to actually take them mixed separately. If you wish to mix them together, we encourage a “chaser” of 12 ounces of warm water, drunk within 30 minutes of drinking the Gentle Cleanse and Intestinal Tone mixture.

Why can’t I take Activated Charcoal with my medications?

We recommend that you take your Activated Charcoal three hours from the time you would take any medications because Activated Charcoal works as an adsorbing agent. Our Activated Charcoal is a vegetarian botanical form of carbon that travels through the GI tract adsorbing toxins and carrying them out of the body*. Adsorption refers to how toxins bind to the carbon particles, and ours is capable of adsorbing many times its own weight in toxins. In much the same way, the Activated Charcoal would bind with your medication in the GI tract and carry it out of the body. Do not use with time-released medications.

When would be the optimum time to use your Activated Charcoal product? Would it be best taken before or after meals and how many times in a day should this be taken?

Activated Charcoal should be taken as follows: Take one level teaspoon added to eight ounces of water both in the morning and the evening. You may want to drink it through a straw to assist in consuming it. Do not take within three hours of any medication. Do not use with time-released medication.

Can you please explain the quality of the psyllium used in Intestinal Tone?

The psyllium used in Intestinal Tone is the highest grade available. Specifically, it is Pharmaceutical Grade, meeting the strict standards of the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP). To achieve USP, every lot of psyllium (80 percent seeds plus 20 percent husks) must achieve USP quality standards for elements such as purity (no foreign seeds, materials or substances) and safety. Since seeds can be easily contaminated, the USP grade guarantees the product to be free of microbiological hazards (e.g., pathogen bacteria such as E. coli, salmonella, listeria, etc.). Our product is 100-percent pure psyllium.

Helpful Tip

I use the Life Force Colon Cleanse Kit quarterly. The first cleanse I did took a little longer, but I find if I stay on top of doing one per quarter that it can take as little as 7-10 days to see the results. That means my kit lasts me a year!
