The Life Force International Colon Cleanse Kit is a fantastic was to gently do the cleansing you desire without pain or changing your daily routine. We have learned a few things about using it over time, and we wanted to add our personal input to the detailed instructions you will receive with the product. On each day of your cleanse:

Morning: with or after your meal, mix 1/2 scoop Gentle Cleanse with 1 measuring teaspoon Intestinal Tone in at least 8 ounces of water or another beverage of your choice. If you begin to stir the water before adding the powders, you will see it mixes more smoothly. Immediately after the mixture is fully blended, mix in 1 level teaspoon of the Activated Charcoal. If you find the mixture too thick, you may add more water. Drink the mixture steadily until completely consumed. Some people prefer to use a straw to place the mixture at the back of their tongue before swallowing.

Alternatively, after the Intestinal Tone and Gentle Cleanse are mixed, sprinkle up to 1/2 tsp. Activated Charcoal on the back of your tongue and swallow it down with the liquid. Repeat until all charcoal is gone, and then finish the mixture.

Evening: with or after your meal, mix only the Intestinal Tone into at least 8 ounces of water and then follow the same instructions with the charcoal.

Repeat each day until you have a series of eliminations which are darker and stickier, much like tar. After that series of bowel movements, you will then see the color and texture change. At this point, your cleanse is finished and you may discontinue the use of your products. If you have not cleansed in a while, the series of bowel movements will occur later in the cycle, but likely within 10- 14 days. If you cleanse quarterly, the series of bowel movements will occur earlier in the cycle.

Rarely, a person may not notice a change in their toileting habits and go completely through the 14 day cycle of Gentle Cleanse. If this occurs, continue the Intestinal Tone and charcoal mixture for 3 more days and then discontinue use. With the herbals and sea vegetation in the Gentle Cleanse, you can be confident cleansing has occurred!
